About the Role

We are looking for a Zoho Developer/Specialist to be the primary Zoho expert within our organization. You will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the full suite of Zoho applications to enhance efficiency and align with business goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams in India and the UK, leading customizations, troubleshooting issues, and recommending best practices to ensure seamless adoption of Zoho tools. This position offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and a chance to make a meaningful impact by driving innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Management & Optimization

• Act as the primary Zoho specialist, managing applications such as Zoho CRM, Desk, Projects, People, Books, Inventory, Subscriptions, and Campaigns.
• Advocate for best practices, ensuring maximum utility from each platform.

Customization & Automation

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications using Deluge scripting, API integrations, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Automate workflows and create custom functions/extensions to streamline processes across Zoho apps.

Business Alignment & Strategy

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify Zoho-based solutions for efficiency and scalability.
• Translate technical requirements into clear, business-friendly recommendations.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support, proactively identifying and resolving Zoho-related issues.
• Collaborate with Zoho support on complex troubleshooting matters.

Training & Documentation

• Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to promote effective Zoho adoption.
• Maintain clear documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes for knowledge transfer.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Zoho platform developments and implement new features to align with business growth.

Skills & Experience Required

✅ 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, Creator, Projects, Books, Inventory, Subscriptions, Campaigns, etc.).
✅ Proficiency in Deluge scripting, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with REST APIs is highly preferred.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
✅ Excellent business acumen, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives effectively.
✅ Fluent in English (written & verbal) to collaborate with global teams (India & UK).
✅ Degree in Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech/BSc) or equivalent industry experience.
✅ Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across departments.
