Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with Xero expertise to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating financial records, monitoring bank transactions, managing Xero automation rules, and handling general accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, file, and monitor bank transactions.
• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
• Set up and manage automation rules in Xero for efficiency.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Handle advanced accounting and tax aspects in compliance with regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree (4+ years) in accounting, finance, or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
✔ Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ High motivation for accounting and administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Master’s degree in accounting or finance.
✔ Professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are a plus.
