Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Consultant / Analyst with 6+ years of expertise to assist with Workday implementation, configuration, and optimization. The ideal candidate will have Workday certification, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience in Workday HR, Payroll, or Finance modules.

Workday Consultant Responsibilities

✅ Implement, configure, and optimize Workday for clients.
✅ Assist with Workday module configurations (HR, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
✅ Support Workday implementations and upgrades.
✅ Train users and provide technical support.
✅ Troubleshoot issues and optimize Workday performance.

Workday HRIS Analyst Responsibilities

✅ Manage and enhance Workday HR processes.
✅ Contribute to payroll, benefits, and Workday HCM modules.
✅ Develop reports and dashboards for HR insights.
✅ Ensure data integrity and compliance.
✅ Identify & resolve system issues while improving processes.

Requirements

✔ 6+ years of Workday experience.
✔ Workday certification in relevant modules (Preferred).
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving & reporting skills.
✔ Hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Finance modules.
