Key Responsibilities

✅ Email Management: Organize and respond to company emails.
✅ Marketing Coordination: Assist with the marketing budget & initiatives.
✅ Administrative Support: Manage miscellaneous admin tasks assigned by management.
✅ Accounts Management: Pay bills and handle accounts payable & receivable.
✅ Bookkeeping: Perform accurate data entry using Xero or MYOB.
✅ Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile financial transactions & bank statements.
✅ Payroll Processing: Prepare and process pay runs.
✅ Financial Compliance: Assist in GST returns & financial reporting while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔️ Strong organizational & time management skills
✔️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
✔️ High attention to detail & accuracy
✔️ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
✔️ Work from home setup with a PC/laptop & stable internet connection
✔️ Must be available for Indian Timings (5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 9-hour shift)
