Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing US company bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks under the supervision of the bookkeeping manager.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Perform routine bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
✔ Maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
✔ Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial data.
✔ Work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
✔ Communicate effectively in English for client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ 1-5 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks experience is required).
✅ Proficiency in online bookkeeping software and accounting systems.
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✅ Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
✅ Conversational English skills for communication.
✅ Degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✅ Honest, eager to learn, responsible, and positive attitude.
