Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records with the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage internal communication platforms and respond to employee queries.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR activities and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, exposure to HR-related coursework or projects is a plus.
• Internship experience in HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with an option for remote or hybrid arrangements.
• 20-30 hours per week, based on the candidate's availability and academic commitments.
