Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Provide feedback to the team to enhance customer experience and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Minimum high school diploma; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages like Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage customers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or call management software is a bonus.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not required.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (minimum of 4-6 hours daily).
• Choose from full-time or part-time shifts to suit your schedule.
