Job Responsibilities:

???? Manage the full underwriting process, with a strong focus on live underwriting.
???? Assess and calculate various income types for loan underwriting.
???? Apply expertise in the 4 C’s of underwriting:

• Credit

• Collateral

  ???? Collaborate with team members and other departments for efficient workflow.
  ???? Ensure strict adherence to underwriting standards and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

✅ 2-5 years of underwriting experience, particularly in conventional loans.
✅ Strong knowledge of income calculation methodologies for different wage types.
✅ Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.
✅ Willingness to work night shifts.
✅ Familiarity with FHA and VA guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).
