This role serves as a single point of contact for all trade-related products, including forex, cross-border, and domestic transactions within the assigned region/branches. The individual will be responsible for acquiring and managing trade relationships, providing forex-related services, and supporting the branch team in achieving overall banking objectives.

???? Roles & Responsibilities

✔ Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by the central product team
✔ Handle trade-related queries by liaising with operations, product, and central teams
✔ Achieve income and foreign currency throughput targets for trade forex products
✔ Manage portfolio quality – digital activation, product penetration, and maintaining desired account balances
✔ Support customer acquisition through joint and independent calls with the sales team
✔ Provide training to sales and relationship teams as a subject matter expert
✔ Cultivate relationships with individual and corporate clients
✔ Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service delivery standards
✔ Evaluate growth strategy based on competitor analysis and customer feedback
✔ Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network
✔ Update stakeholders regularly on Trade and FX transactions

???? Educational Qualification:
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, Computers, or Management

???? Experience:
✅ 10 to 18 years of relevant experience in trade and forex banking
