Responsibilities:
✔ Handle Inquiries – Respond to client and agent inquiries regarding quotations, itineraries, travel packages, and travel information.
✔ Domestic Travel Expertise – Must have strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations.
✔ Costing & Vendor Negotiations – Manage costing and negotiate with vendors for best pricing.
✔ Follow-ups with Travel Agents – Track and follow up on existing quotes and inquiries.
✔ Reservations & Bookings – Make hotel, tour, and transfer reservations.
✔ Documentation – Prepare vouchers, itineraries, air tickets, train tickets, and other travel documents.
✔ Amendments & Updates – Handle modifications and updates on current reservations.
✔ Customer Service – Provide prompt and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔ High-Volume Communication – Manage emails and phone calls efficiently.
✔ Financial Follow-ups – Handle the financial aspects of bookings, including invoices and payments.
✔ Other Duties – Perform additional duties as required.
✅ 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
✅ Excellent written & spoken English communication skills.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
✅ Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
✅ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
✅ Time management & organizational abilities.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
