The Flight Ticket Sales and Operations Leader is responsible for managing and enhancing flight ticket sales, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves coordinating with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate ticket issuance while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticket Sales Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and promote special offers.
  • Ensure efficient processing of flight reservations and ticket issuance.

• Customer Service:

  • Assist with flight changes, cancellations, refunds, and general travel-related information.

• Coordination and Communication:

  • Liaise with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth ticketing operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of tickets and handling of related documentation.

• Sales Performance and Targets:

  • Meet sales quotas and monitor ticket inventory.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and maximizing sales opportunities.

• Documentation Management:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in ticket issuance and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in Flight Ticket Sales or related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of booking systems and travel industry standards.
  • Expertise in customer service and sales.
