Job Description:

We are looking for a Test and Implementation Engineer to design, implement, and demonstrate software products. The role involves validating requirements, managing development projects, internal testing, and guiding clients through user acceptance to go-live status. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for training administrators and end-users while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Guide and assist clients in choosing the best solutions for their business needs.
✔ Analyze existing systems, business processes, and interface requirements.
✔ Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs.
✔ Conduct comprehensive testing before product deployment.
✔ Perform functional, system, performance, regression, and service testing.
✔ Work with the development team to define test cases, set up test environments, and execute test plans.
✔ Provide feedback on usability and functionality while tracking quality risks.
✔ Maintain clear documentation of test results and report defects to the relevant teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
✔ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
✔ Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
✔ Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues effectively.
✔ Good command over QA/QC processes.
