This role focuses on providing best-in-class customer service to enhance client relationships and drive banking engagement. The Teller will be responsible for client servicing, operations, liability build-up, and cross-sales, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

???? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Engagement & Sales:

• Daily interaction with customers to build relationships and drive CA/SA/TD growth.
• Offer need-based product solutions and drive cross-sell of Assets & Wealth products.
• Enhance customer product penetration and generate referrals for additional business.

✅ Customer Service & Operations:

• Deliver quick resolution of queries & complaints with a customer-focused approach.
• Manage the branch vault, cash transactions, and non-cash transactions (DD/MC, fund transfers, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations (AML, KYC, Data & Information Security).

✅ Audit & Compliance:

• Assist in the closure of audit observations and adherence to policies.
• Maintain and monitor reports like EOD, cash position reports, suspense accounts, and reconciliation statements.
