Job Overview

Eduport Academy is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients.
✅ Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
✅ Sales Support: Provide information about our services and address customer inquiries.
✅ Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
✅ Data Management: Maintain records of interactions and customer details.

Requirements

✔ Education: Any degree.
✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
✔ Soft Skills: Strong communication, business acumen, and market knowledge.
✔ Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
✔ Language: Tamil (preferred).
✔ Location: Kerala (preferred).
