Tele-Calling Executive (Female) – Healing & Coaching Industry

???? Pay: ₹11,500 - ₹20,000 per month + Commission Pay

???? Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a female tele-calling executive fluent in English with at least 1 year of experience in tele-calling. You will be working with Mrs. Shree Dembla, a renowned Author, Healer, and Life Coach.

This role requires on-site reporting and is not a work-from-home job.

Key Responsibilities:

???? Manage client chats and communication during webinars
???? Follow up with clients via calls after webinars
???? Maintain and manage the client database
???? Send emails to clients as per the requirement
???? Submit necessary reports and data

Requirements:

✔ Fluent in English & Hindi (spoken and written)
✔ Minimum 1 year of tele-calling/customer service experience
✔ Knowledge of Google Sheets is mandatory
✔ Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above
✔ Ability to commute/relocate to Shakti Vihar Pitampura, Delhi
