Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about Netflix services and offers.
• Answer inbound calls and address customer queries, concerns, or requests effectively and professionally.
• Assist in telecalling campaigns, including follow-ups, surveys, and customer feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using Netflix's CRM tools.
• Achieve call-related targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the team.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, scripts, and overall telecalling efficiency.
• Contribute to reporting on call outcomes, customer feedback, and campaign results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, English, and Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and telecommunication systems (CRM tools, phone systems).

Experience:

• No prior experience required; however, any experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus.
