Telecalling Intern (Remote - Female Candidates Only)

Job Type: Part-time, Internship
Contract Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote (Delhi/NCR-based candidates preferred)
Stipend: ₹3,000 per month
Additional Pay: Performance-based bonus

Work Schedule

• Morning shift

• Day shift

• Weekend availability

Key Responsibilities

1. Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to connect with potential customers.

2. Devote 3–4 hours daily (or up to 5–6 hours if willing) to lead conversion and follow-ups.

3. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about the company's products and services.

4. Maintain and update a customer interaction database.

5. Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a female candidate based in Delhi/NCR.

• Comfortable with a ₹3,000/month stipend.

• Willing to commit 5–6 hours daily for the internship.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
