CryptoMize, a Conglomerate Digital Agency and Digital Privacy Company in India, is hiring Technical Content Writers in Delhi. We are looking for passionate communicators who can transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

A Technical Content Writer is responsible for creating technical documentation like user manuals, white papers, product guides, design documents, blogs, and software documentation using the most effective mediums — written, visual, audio, or interactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and write high-quality technical documents for various products and services.

• Simplify complex technical concepts for clarity and comprehension.

• Write user guides, tutorials, FAQs, blogs, and web content.

• Analyze content for reuse and develop single-sourcing strategies.

• Work with internal teams including developers, designers, and managers to gather product details.

• Regularly revise, update, and maintain technical documentation.

• Use images, diagrams, and videos to support explanations.

• Contribute to content strategy and suggest improvements.

• Ensure documentation aligns with the needs of the intended audience.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in technical or content writing (freshers welcome).

• Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

• Basic understanding of technical subjects such as software, hardware, engineering, or IT.

• Familiarity with digital platforms and social media.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of using tools for content creation (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Markdown, CMS).

• A strong understanding of user-centric writing and reader engagement.

Technical Writing Skills

• Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.

• Ability to adapt style and tone based on the target audience.

• Basic graphic editing and documentation formatting.

• Skill in structuring content logically and clearly.

• Team player with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
