About the Team

The S&D (Supply & Distribution) vertical at Ninjacart focuses on the farm-to-retailer journey—ensuring:

• Fair pricing for farmers

• Market-quality produce delivered to retailers’ doorsteps

Our Micro Distribution Centres (MDCs) and Distributor Partners manage the last-mile distribution to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations.

Responsibilities

???? Logistics Supply Management:

• Strategically manage the last-mile logistics supply across Bengaluru.

• Ensure on-time availability of committed vehicles through partnerships with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers.

???? Operational Excellence:

• Build a cost-effective and customer-centric last-mile logistics network.

• Collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders—including Sales, Operations, Finance, and 3PL vendors—to drive operational efficiency.

???? Vendor & Vehicle Management:

• Manage the supply of mini trucks (e.g., Tata Ace, Ape, etc.).

• Maintain a robust vendor network for intra-city logistics.

Qualifications

???? Education:

• UG/PG from Tier 2/3 educational institutions.

????️ Experience:

• 4+ years as an Assistant Manager/Team Lead in logistics.

• Proven experience managing vehicle supply (e.g., mini trucks, Tata Ace, Ape).

• Strong vendor network for intra-city logistics operations.

????️ Language Proficiency:

• Mandatory: Kannada & English.

• Preferred: Hindi (an added advantage).
