???? Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Paralegal to support attorneys, develop tax-related content, and assist with marketing efforts. Note: This role does not involve tax compliance (i.e., filing IRS or state tax forms).

???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Research U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws
???? Draft memoranda & summaries for attorneys
???? Create tax-related content for newsletters, blogs & website
???? Manage client contacts in HubSpot
???? Assist with outreach to potential clients & referral sources
???? Track & summarize tax law changes

???? Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
???? Experience: 2+ years in U.S. taxation
???? Strong English communication (spoken & written)
???? Highly detail-oriented & organized
???? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio)
???? Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
