As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Disney, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, ensuring that Disney continues to attract and retain the best female talent across various roles. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified female candidates for various roles across departments.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use innovative and diverse sourcing methods to identify top talent. Screen and assess resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions. Provide guidance to ensure the recruitment process is smooth and aligned with company goals.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey—from application to offer.
• Employer Branding: Promote Disney as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and networking events.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth transition of new hires, ensuring successful onboarding and integration into the company.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing female candidates.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms to source candidates.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in tech, finance, or other fast-paced industries is beneficial.
• Language Skills: Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
