NTT DATA is looking for a highly skilled Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor with expertise in macOS support and Microsoft Intune. The role involves managing and optimizing Mac environments in an enterprise setting, with a strong emphasis on compliance, automation, scripting, and patch management.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Mac STIGs; update and test regularly

• Manage scripts, application packages, and data services for macOS

• Administer patching process and conduct regular health checks

• Lead Mac as a Service (MaaS) delivery and manage “Thin Image” deployment via Intune

• Package Mac software using BASH, Composer, X-Code, Terminal

• Manage macOS VM, VNC, and Apple device provisioning (Zero-Touch, Pre-Stage Enrollment)

• Develop and apply custom Mac policies/configuration profiles

• Lead incident management, documentation (SOW), and product delivery

• Provide automation and modern endpoint management recommendations

• Ensure security hardening and third-party patching for Mac devices

• Interface with Tier 2 technicians and cross-functional teams for escalations

• Run reports and develop custom queries as needed

???? Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of macOS administration in enterprise setups

• Advanced Intune administrator skills for managing macOS and iOS

• Experience with scripting (Shell/Bash), security hardening, and compliance

• Familiarity with Zero-Touch Deployment and macOS patch management

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across departments

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects

• Total Experience: 10–12 years

• Relevant Experience: 7+ years in macOS and Intune management

• Certifications in macOS or related technologies preferred

• Proven expertise in configuration management, automation, and policy creation
