???? Job Summary

We are looking for a System Support Specialist to join our Digital Workspace Services team. In this role, you will:
✅ Support, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure across global data centers.
✅ Ensure 24/7 availability of hardware, OS, databases, and middleware.
✅ Perform proactive maintenance to prevent outages and performance issues.
✅ Work with Unix, Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL, Storage Area Networks, and more.
✅ Provide 1st and 2nd level support for infrastructure services.
✅ Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization.
✅ Assist with Release-to-Production activities and infrastructure improvements.

???? Key Responsibilities

???? Perform proactive system maintenance to prevent downtime.
???? Support business-critical applications running within the ITS network.
???? Maintain and document technical standards and best practices.
???? Coordinate with local IT teams to improve compliance.
???? Analyze incident and problem trends for system optimization.
???? Collaborate with Service Desk, Country IT, and project teams.
???? Implement patch management and application deployment.
???? Assist in hardware infrastructure projects (planning, reporting, execution).
???? Deliver pre-sales advice and consultation on technical architecture.

????️ Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
✔ Experience: 5-7 years in Desktop Support within a Windows environment.
✔ Technical Skills:

• Expertise in MeM (SCCM) Infrastructure & Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Patch Management & Application Deployment.
• Experience with MS SQL Query, Windows 10, Global Service Now, Microsoft Office (M365).
  ✔ Communication: Excellent English (spoken & written) and interpersonal skills.
  ✔ Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and coordination abilities.
  ✔ Process Management: Experience with Incident & Problem ticket analysis.

???? Preferred Qualifications

???? ITIL Foundation/Certification (a plus).
???? Experience with Knowledge Management & Change Requests.
