Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Study Abroad Counselor to guide students through the study abroad process, from university selection to application and visa assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, expertise in international education systems, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents to understand academic and career aspirations.
• Assist students in identifying suitable universities and programs based on their qualifications, interests, and financial plans.
• Provide expert guidance on application procedures, requirements, and timelines for international universities.
• Support students in preparing required documents, including:
  • Applications
  • Statements of Purpose (SOP)
  • Letters of Recommendation
  • Resumes
• Assist students with visa applications, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated on global education trends, scholarships, and visa regulations for key study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Maintain a database of university contacts and admission criteria.
• Follow up with students to ensure they meet application deadlines and understand their next steps.
• Collaborate with the Inspire Education Service team to enhance and expand services based on industry trends and client feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in study abroad counseling or a related role in the education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents.
• Strong knowledge of international education systems, application procedures, and visa regulations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Salary & Benefits
