Role Overview

The Academic Associate position at Vidyalai is a high-impact role, focusing on developing educational products for K-12 students. This role requires subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and strong pedagogical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of international academic boards, including International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge GCSE, etc.
• Create and curate high-quality academic content aligned with these curricula.
• Teach and mentor students online through the Vidyalai Ed-Tech platform (~35 hours of classes per week).
• Monitor student learning outcomes and ensure improvement in their grades.
• Occasionally visit the office (once or twice a week, if required).

Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Strong academic track record in the subject (10th, 12th, and college).
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
