STEM Trainer – Job Description

Position: STEM Trainer (Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Embedded Systems)

???? Location: Various schools under Podar Education Network
???? Experience: 1+ years (Preferred)
???? Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
???? Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Teaching & Training: Conduct STEM training for students from Std. V to VIII based on pre-developed modules.
✔ Guidance & Mentorship: Assist students in working on innovative projects for national and international competitions.
✔ Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshoot minor software and hardware issues related to Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems.
✔ Technology Integration: Teach students programming and electronics concepts, integrating robotics and embedded systems.
✔ Staff Training: Provide training sessions for internal and external school staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education:

• UG: B.Tech/B.E./BSc – Any Specialization
• PG: M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc. – Any Specialization

✅ Technical Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Science up to XII grade.
• Proficiency in C, C++, and basic programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of sensors, microcontroller units (MCUs), robotics, and embedded systems.
• Passion for learning new technology and guiding young students.

✅ Experience (Preferred):

• Robotics: 1 year
• STEM Training: 1 year

✅ Language Requirement:

• English: Preferred
