Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions efficiently.
• Prepare reports and budget forecasts.
• Publish financial statements in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Maintain compliance with taxation laws, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Assess and report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Maintain financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
• Adhere to financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare agreements and MOUs for onboarding new clients.
• Draft scope of work documents for client communication.
• Handle payroll processing, including statutory deductions like EPF, PT, and LWF.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
