As we continue to grow and innovate in the luxury market, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and elevate our online presence.

Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that will drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and increase brand awareness for our luxury jewelry showroom. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, increase online sales, and promote brand awareness for our showroom.
• Paid Media Management: Oversee and manage all paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI.
• Social Media Strategy: Create and execute social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, ensuring content resonates with our target audience and highlights the luxury and craftsmanship of our jewelry.
• SEO & SEM: Drive organic traffic through SEO best practices, while managing SEM strategies to optimize paid search efforts and maintain strong visibility on search engines.
• Content Creation & Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality content (visuals, copy, videos) that reflects the elegance of the brand. Collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand our reach.
• Email Marketing & CRM: Lead email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies to engage and nurture leads and existing clients.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns. Provide regular insights to the senior leadership team for data-driven decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion, or retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing paid campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A passion for luxury brands, fashion, and jewelry.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment.
• Data-driven and results-oriented approach.
