• Job Type: Full-Time

• Location: Remote (Work from Home – India)

• Pay: ₹15,000 per month (with regular appraisals)

• Shift Timing: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

• Working Days: 5 days a week (alternate Saturdays working)

Foodship is a dynamic software company based in Melbourne, Australia, focused on building cutting-edge technology for the hospitality industry. Our products include:

• Standalone food ordering systems

• Point-of-sale (POS) software

• Self-ordering kiosks for restaurants and cafés

We are currently expanding in India and looking to grow our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate software applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance

• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on product quality

• Participate in test planning, design, and QA strategies

• Maintain and update test documentation

• Understand Foodship’s software and its key features

• Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution

• Create and maintain FAQs and knowledge base articles

• Assist team members with various tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in an IT-related field (preferred but not mandatory)

• Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of websites, mobile apps, and basic software functions

• Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented and committed to quality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
