Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze and document application-related infrastructure and services.

• Meet and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams, architects, and engineers to efficiently decommission unused hardware/infrastructure.

• Facilitate all project-related activities independently.

• Prioritize and execute assigned tasks across multiple concurrent projects.

• Coordinate and manage different projects with multiple teams simultaneously.

• Work with clients and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Comply with employment terms, company policies, and directives related to work location, team changes, work shifts, flexible benefits, and alternative work arrangements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• 8+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Analyst with a technical hands-on background.

• 5+ years of IT project management, time management, and risk mitigation planning.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, managing GitHub repositories, and handling IT service/infrastructure decommissioning and data archival per ERIM.

• 5+ years of MySQL database management experience.

• 3+ years of experience managing projects with business stakeholders and application teams.

• Experience working in a structured, process-oriented environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and vetting skills.

• Proven ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

• Effective team player able to deliver on complex projects with critical business objectives.

• Well-versed in ITIL concepts (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

• Experience with ticketing tools (HP ServiceNow preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with application/infrastructure decommissioning.

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
