What You’ll Do

✔ Contribute to Business Requirement Refinement

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and refine business needs.

✔ Develop and Maintain High-Quality Products

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
• Write unit, automation, and integration tests to ensure product quality.

✔ Collaborate with Global Teams

• Work across multiple regions and departments to ensure seamless product development.

✔ Participate in Design & Code Reviews

• Engage in peer reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

✔ Enhance Customer Experience

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve user experience and system performance.

✔ Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Who You Are

???? Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying enterprise web applications using Java.

???? Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java for backend development.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies: JavaScript, Node.js, React.js.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system support.
• Experience in debugging, problem-solving, and optimizing application performance.
• Prior experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
