Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and increase conversions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

✅ Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with company and client goals
✅ Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis
✅ Drive organic traffic growth and improve search rankings

On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:

✅ Optimize meta tags, headers, URLs, and website elements
✅ Manage link-building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking efforts

Content & Technical Optimization:

✅ Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly content
✅ Perform regular site audits and implement schema markup
✅ Ensure technical best practices for site performance

Performance Monitoring:

✅ Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to track progress
✅ Produce performance reports and make data-driven improvements

Team Leadership & Client Relations:

✅ Mentor and guide the SEO team
✅ Integrate SEO strategies with overall digital marketing efforts
✅ Serve as the primary contact for client communication

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

???? Improvement in technical SEO metrics (e.g., page speed, crawl efficiency)

Qualifications & Skills Required:

???? Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

???? Experience:
✔ Minimum 1 year of SEO experience (Required)

???? Skills:
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO best practices
✔ Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs
✔ Technical SEO knowledge (page speed, schema markup, site structure)
✔ Excellent communication and analytical skills

???? Certifications (Preferred but not required):
✅ Google Ads Certification
