Role Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you’ll join a skilled and supportive team delivering outstanding travel services to corporate clients. You’ll manage end-to-end business travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional service while balancing compliance and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international business travel (air, rail, road, accommodation) for individuals and groups

• Advise clients with travel options and upsell additional services based on traveler needs

• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre (preferred), Apollo, Galileo, or Amadeus (training may be provided)

• Ensure all bookings align with corporate travel policies, provider policies, and regulatory standards

• Maintain a high standard of customer service through proactive communication and quick issue resolution

• Maintain confidentiality of traveler information and act with integrity at all times

• Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and elevate service performance

• Demonstrate strong understanding of the travel industry, including Ex-India and international bookings

Qualifications & Skills

• Native GDS proficiency (Sabre preferred)

• Passion for excellent customer service and anticipating traveler needs

• Experience in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to resolve issues independently and liaise with suppliers when needed

• Professionalism, accountability, and integrity
