Responsibilities:

• Understanding corporate action events (both voluntary and mandatory) and their terms and conditions.
• Notifying clients regarding corporate events within SLA timelines.
• Receiving and submitting elections from clients to custodians before deadlines.
• Accurately processing corporate action events within the defined SLA.
• Reconciling cash and stock breaks for Stocks and CFDs.

Your Profile:

As a professional, you are known for your integrity, trustworthiness, and attention to detail. You thrive in dynamic environments, excel in collaboration, and have a curious and proactive mindset.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 6.5 to 8 years of experience in investment banking operations, including income and mandatory corporate actions.
• Hands-on experience with voluntary and mandatory corporate actions, including:
  • Corporate action notification
  • Elections processing
  • Cleansing & scrubbing of mandatory corporate actions
  • Cash & position reconciliations with brokers and custodians
  • CFD reconciliation
• Proficiency in using IDS, DTCC, Bloomberg, and Telekurs.
• Strong and effective verbal & written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team dynamic.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through effectively.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts between 9 AM and 11 PM.
