???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Corporate Actions Management:

• Understand corporate actions events (both voluntary and mandatory) and their terms & conditions.
• Notify clients regarding corporate events within the defined SLA.
• Receive and submit client elections to custodians before deadlines.
• Process corporate action events accurately within the given SLA.
• Perform cash and stock reconciliations for stocks and CFDs.

✅ Reconciliation & Reporting:

• Reconcile cash and position breaks with brokers and custodians.
• Ensure clean and accurate data processing in corporate actions.

✅ Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain strong communication with clients regarding corporate actions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

???? Your Profile

As a Saxonian, you are known for your professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness. You thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment, embracing challenges with curiosity and resilience.

✅ Essential Skills & Experience:

???? Background & Knowledge:

• 6.5 - 8 years of experience in Investment Banking Operations, particularly in Income & Mandatory Corporate Actions.
• Hands-on experience in Voluntary & Mandatory Corporate Actions, including:
  • Corporate Actions Notification
  • Election Handling & Submission
  • Data Cleansing & Scrubbing of Mandatory Corporate Actions
  • Cash & Position Reconciliation with Brokers & Custodians
  • Knowledge of financial data platforms (IDS, DTCC, Bloomberg, Telekurs, etc.)
  • CFD Reconciliation

???? Communication & Collaboration:

• Strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team environment.

???? Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet-based tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks under tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.

⏰ Work Flexibility:

• Willingness to work across three different shifts (9 AM - 11 PM).
• Adaptability to different time zones and business needs.
