The Loyalty team at United Airlines is responsible for strategic planning, development, and execution of MileagePlus programs, including partnership development and marketing. The Digital Marketing & Personalized Offers team supports digital acquisition initiatives, providing insights to strategize campaigns and analytics to measure performance.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Analytics

• Ensure alignment and prioritization with business objectives.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify opportunities and suggest initiatives.
• Assist in campaign planning, targeting, and audience identification.
• Measure campaign results using data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Create presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders.
• Own workstreams to drive results while leading team members.
• Ensure seamless stakeholder management and maintain open communication.
• Develop, modify, and automate reports & dashboards using data visualization tools.

Reporting & Decision-Making

• Take ownership of reporting structure and metrics.
• Use data visualization tools (Spotfire/Tableau) for clear decision-making.
• Work with large datasets to analyze patterns and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

✅ Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
✅ Experience: 4+ years in Analytics and working with analytical tools.
✅ Technical Skills:
✔ Strong SQL skills (Teradata SQL, Microsoft SQL).
✔ Experience in data analysis and pattern identification.
✔ Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint for reporting.
✔ Familiarity with Spotfire/Tableau for reporting and visualization.
✅ Soft Skills:
✔ Strong ownership and leadership capabilities.
✔ Ability to manage time constraints effectively.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
✅ Work Authorization:
✔ Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship.

Preferred:

???? Master’s degree in Math, Statistics, Analytics, or Business.
???? Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
???? Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Spotfire).
???? Understanding of digital acquisition channels.
