Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: B.Com graduate (preferred)
• Experience: Hands-on experience in vendor reconciliation and GST processes
• Age: Below 40 years
• Software Proficiency:
  • ERP Systems for reconciliation and financial reporting
  • GST filing software and tools

Key Responsibilities

1. Reconciliation

• Vendor Reconciliation: Ensure accounts payable balances match vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Customer Reconciliation: Compare accounts receivable balances with customer statements to identify inconsistencies.

2. GST Compliance

• GST Filing: Prepare and submit timely and accurate GST returns.
• GST Reconciliation: Match GST ledger with the general ledger, resolving any variances.
• GST Audits: Participate in audits to ensure compliance with tax laws.

3. Regulatory Compliance & Internal Controls

• Stay updated on accounting standards and GST regulations.
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.

4. Communication & Collaboration

• Work closely with finance, procurement, and sales departments.
• Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

5. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

• Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

6. Continuous Learning

• Stay committed to professional development, particularly in accounting standards and tax regulations.
