Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant II to join our team. This role is vital to maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by overseeing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. This is a fully remote, full-time role aligned with the U.S. Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP

• Oversee the Cash Management module in ERP for timely and accurate reconciliation of bank statements

• Manage the Fixed Assets module in ERP and maintain up-to-date asset records

• Execute period-end close procedures including accruals, prepaids, leases, allocations, AR, capitalizations, and GL analysis

• Conduct in-depth GL account analysis and deliver variance (flux) reports for both OPEX and balance sheet items

• Assist in tax compliance, including state registrations, sales/use taxes, and other required filings

• Manage accounting for international subsidiaries, coordinating with local compliance teams

• Support monthly financial reporting and annual audit processes

• Collaborate closely with the Controller on strategic and ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role

• Strong grasp of accounting standards and financial reporting practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
