Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will drive origination and partner integration in your assigned territory. You'll foster strong relationships with partner retailers, ensuring sales performance, delivering support and training, and promoting marketing efforts to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets by improving merchant productivity and company market share

• Ensure consistent sales performance by reactivating prior-month merchants

• Build strong partnerships with merchants to ensure satisfaction and consistent use of the PayJoy platform

• Conduct regular store visits for training, marketing, and campaign implementation

• Develop area-specific strategies by analyzing the market and competitors

• Identify, vet, and activate new business partners

• Maintain and update customer databases, document sales interactions, and generate performance reports

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, telecom sales, or field sales, especially in mobile devices or software

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented with resilience under pressure

• Analytical and negotiation skills for sales performance management

• Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for travel within assigned territory
