H&M Virtual Services Pvt Ltd. is a leading Australian-backed service provider specializing in backend and telesales services for Australian solar retailers. Our sales team in Vadodara helps our Australian clients generate sales and grow their businesses.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

???? Manage & Close Sales: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, perform consultations, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers.
???? Lead Management & CRM: Enter, track, and update leads in CRM software.
???? Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive business relationships, seek referrals, and collect feedback/reviews.
???? Sales Reporting: Submit daily activity reports and sales paperwork on time.
???? Industry Awareness: Stay updated on competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Prerequisites & Requirements:

✔️ Fluent English communication skills
✔️ Work Shift: 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Early Morning Shift)
✔️ Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
✔️ Experience: 1 year in customer service (Preferred)
✔️ Comfortable signing a 2-year bond
