Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, digital outreach, and networking.
• Understand client needs and pitch customized solutions for accounting, taxation, compliance, and business advisory services.
• Convert leads into clients by following up, giving presentations/demos, and negotiating contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing:

• Formulate strategies to build an effective overall digital marketing strategy.
• Monitor, Plan and Execute the company’s presence on social media.
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).
• Optimize and Launch adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company’s brand awareness and generate leads.
• Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Measure the performance of Digital Marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.

• Experience in sales and digital marketing.

• Strong understanding of financial services or a keen interest in accounting, taxation, and business advisory.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
