Sales Manager - LFRMR

Job Purpose

The role involves direct customer interaction and is responsible for acquiring LFRMR customers for a designated branch. It also requires:

• Explaining and selling banking products to customers
• Acting as a link between customers and the bank, ensuring best-in-class service
• Supervising catchment mapping, customer feedback, and identifying & converting potential opportunities
• Driving client acquisition, deepening customer relationships, and maximizing lifetime value to achieve organizational goals

Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire LFRMR customers in the identified segment
• Meet and exceed monthly customer acquisition targets by analyzing customers' transaction banking needs
• Provide regular feedback to the Relationship Manager on opportunities and customer needs
• Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
• Maintain strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations
• Ensure quality sourcing in line with the bank’s policies

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach senior team members to instill a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity
• Encourage automation and digital enablement to fulfill customer needs holistically
• Attract and retain best-in-class talent to support the bank’s rapid growth

Education Qualification

• Graduation: Any Graduation
• Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of experience in LFRMR
