We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in Cargo Shipping and Logistics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional logistics solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cargo shipping and logistics sector. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
2. Client Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Understand market trends and client needs to effectively position services.
4. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
5. Consultative Selling: Provide consultative selling by closely working with clients to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
6. Quote Preparation and Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies for clients. Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability.
7. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure the effective execution of services and client requirements.
8. Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly update CRM systems with sales data.
9. Customer Service: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales within the Cargo Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain industry.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of cargo shipping, international shipping, and logistics operations, including customs regulations, air, sea, and land transport.
3. Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Customer Focus: Strong ability to understand and address client needs while providing exceptional customer service.
5. Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and offer solutions that meet client objectives.
