360 Degrees Consulting is the exclusive partner of a US-based Used Car Parts Conglomerate. We are seeking a customer-oriented Telesales Manager to drive sales and handle post-sales support, ensuring effective communication in English, as this is a US-based service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective clients to convince them to purchase used car parts.
• Accurately record client purchase details.
• Handle all client purchases effectively.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring they remain satisfied with products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Utilize sales scripts to drive sales and address client rejections.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to offer tailored recommendations.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum: Certificate.
• Fluent in English (without native language impact).
• Proven experience as a Telesales Manager in a US voice process (2-3 years).
• Ability to follow scripts effectively.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Candidates must have their own mode of transportation.
• Must work from the office (No work-from-home option).

Work Details:

• Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
