Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant Executive – Offline B2C to support our offline consumer sales operations. This role involves customer engagement, sales support, inventory management, event coordination, and operational support to ensure a seamless offline sales process in retail or direct consumer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Support:

✔️ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
✔️ Support offline sales activities, including promotions, product demonstrations, and direct interactions in stores or events.
✔️ Handle customer inquiries about products, services, and pricing, ensuring prompt responses.

Operational & Inventory Management:

✔️ Monitor and manage product inventory levels to ensure product availability.
✔️ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory in offline systems.
✔️ Support the implementation of offline marketing campaigns, trade shows, and product launches.

Reporting & Market Research:

✔️ Assist in preparing sales reports, customer feedback analysis, and sales performance tracking.
✔️ Gather competitor information and analyze market trends to help optimize offline sales strategies.

Brand Representation & Event Support:

✔️ Ensure a consistent brand image across offline channels (stores, events, etc.).
✔️ Assist in organizing offline events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

???? Education:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

???? Experience & Skills:
✔️ 1-2 years of experience in offline B2C sales, customer service, or retail (internships and relevant part-time work are acceptable).
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Proactive mindset with organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
