Sales Associate

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor that shares the same passion for technology as our team embodies and someone passionate to join us in our mission to be the greatest home AV systems provider in India.

Given the wide-range of high-end AV gear we deal in, your role will be to help provide people with a good understanding of the options available and what is possible based on their requirements and expectations.

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you are required to provide exemplary advice and convincing demo's of the product range at our experience centre. Your role will consist of following up with customers, preparing quotations, coordinating with the internal design team on AutoCAD drawings, scheduling installations and staying up-to-date with all things tech.

Responsibilities:

• Provide demo's of different AV systems to customers

• Engage with customers to develop long term relationships by determining their need and delivering the right solutions

• Develop a sales pipeline, follow-up and follow through

• Prepare quotes, presentations,

• Coordinate with the internal design team to develop accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings

• Update Deal information on our

CRM regularly

• Achieve sales targets

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ Year(s) Retail/Electronic Sales

Experience

• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi (more languages are welcome as well)

• Excellent Communication and

Interpersonal Skills.

• Passion for music, movies and TV shows.

• We are located at Dhole Patil Road area near Pune station. Please apply only if you can commute daily to the experience centre location.
