Full Job Description:

This is a key support role within the global Chemical Market Analytics team at Dow Jones. You will work closely with global team members to ensure analytical models are up-to-date, provide ad-hoc analysis, and maintain tools and visuals supporting market reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality presentations used by product experts during client interactions and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with global product experts to publish weekly, monthly, and annual reports

• Create/modify charts and tables for reports and presentations

• Provide editorial support on submitted content

• Develop presentation materials in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Maintain capacity and trade-related databases

• Support marketing at both Dow Jones and third-party events

• Provide backup support for senior team members on report coverage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (science or business background preferred)

• 1–2 years of industry experience (preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
