Key Responsibilities:

???? Draft immigration forms, including N1W, O1, EB1, I-140, and I-601A.
???? Work directly with clients via phone and Zoom to complete immigration petitions.
???? Assist attorneys in compiling evidentiary packets for client cases.
???? Track case progress using MyCase and maintain detailed notes.
???? Respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) regarding employment-based immigration cases.
???? Present forms and packets for review and revision by the supervising attorney.
???? Communicate effectively with clients and provide case status updates.
???? Attend weekly supervision meetings with the Supervising Attorney.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm.
✅ Proficiency in drafting work-based immigration forms (N1W, O1, EB1, I-140, I-601A).
✅ Fluency in spoken and written English (Excellent English writing skills required).
✅ Strong technical skills (as the role is fully remote).

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

✔ Experience filing PERM cases (ETA 9089), H-4 EADs, B-2 extensions, F-1 reinstatements.
✔ Familiarity with case management software: Docketwise, Dropbox, MyCase.
