Sequoia Connect provides IT services and technical recruiting solutions for global companies. As we continue our growth, the People Operations Team is seeking a driven and innovative IT Talent Sourcer to support the development of our Global IT recruiting teams.

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the front-end recruitment process and staffing for technical roles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and the recruitment team to develop creative strategies to attract top talent across North America and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition:

  • Use creative sourcing strategies to find and engage top IT talent.
  • Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, online searches, networking, and proactive referral strategies.

• Strategic Sourcing:

  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies that encourage top professionals to join Sequoia Connect.
  • Manage paid social media ads, job postings, online events, and assessment centers.

• Brand Promotion:

  • Be the voice of Sequoia Connect by promoting the company’s brand to potential candidates.
  • Create engaging content about life at Sequoia, promote services, and share success stories.

• Talent Pool Management:

  • Become a SmartRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter expert to build and nurture talent pools for future openings.

• Screening & Collaboration:

  • Pre-screen candidates and work closely with the recruitment team, HR, and hiring managers to drive successful hiring campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  • 1+ year of talent sourcing experience across North America, preferably in a recruitment agency, RPO, or in-house environment.

• Skills:

  • Strong sales and marketing mindset with a passion for engaging people.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating systems, tools, and applications.
  • Skilled in social media engagement and content-driven communication.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is required; Spanish is a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and a commitment to improving efficiency.
  • Strong teamwork and inclusivity mindset.
