???? Key Responsibilities:

???? Regulatory Adherence & Implementation:

✅ Assess applicable regulatory guidelines and identify necessary actions.
✅ Ensure timely dissemination of regulatory changes to relevant business units.
✅ Drive implementation of regulatory updates across business functions.

???? Advisory & Consultative Role:

✅ Establish an effective compliance management program through policy formulation and MIS review.
✅ Advise business units on compliance controls to ensure regulatory adherence.
✅ Engage with regulatory authorities for discussions and guidance on critical issues.
✅ Review new product launches / changes to align with compliance requirements.
✅ Ensure all internal policies are reviewed from a compliance standpoint before execution.
✅ Assist in regulatory inquiries & examinations as needed.

???? Monitoring & Risk Assessment:

✅ Monitor process effectiveness using Key Compliance Indicators (KCIs) & compliance testing.
✅ Identify non-compliance issues through audits, risk reports, and operational assessments.
✅ Guide business teams on root cause analysis & corrective action plans.
✅ Conduct annual compliance risk assessments and identify critical focus areas.
✅ Hold regular compliance meetings with business, operations & support function heads.
✅ Develop and conduct compliance training for business units.

???? Reporting & Governance:

✅ Provide regular reports to the Board & Audit Committee on key regulatory updates and compliance breaches.
✅ Participate in governance forums to guide business teams on compliance-related matters.

???? Required Qualifications & Skills:

???? Education:

• ICWA / Engineer (ITSC) / Chartered Accountant / MBA / Postgraduate (Banking background preferred).

???? Experience:

• 12-15 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance & risk assessment.

???? Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of banking regulations.
• Experience in compliance risk management & regulatory reporting.
• Excellent analytical, advisory, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication & leadership abilities.
